SEND uses Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation (PM&E) as its unique grass-root engagement tool, to compliment government’s developmental efforts.The phases of the PM&E include Sensitisation/Policy Literacy, Policy Research Phase, Policy Advocacy Phase and finally Follow up Phase.The Policy Research Phase is conducted through face to face interviews, focus group discussions among others.Reports are launched at the end of the research.
