SEND GHANA invites qualified consultants and firms to submit proposals. The consultancy will assess feasibility of transforming medical stores within teaching hospitals into semi-autonomous or fully autonomous units. Regions covered are Greater Accra, Ashanti, and Volta.
The assignment will examine the operational, financial, regulatory, and institutional viability of the proposed model and develop practical transformation options and an implementation roadmap.
