SEND-Ghana, Alliance for Reproductive Health Rights (ARHR), Penplusbytes and the Ghana News Agency (GNA) consortium are offering a comprehensive and innovative approach to ensuring that the USAID/Ghana People for Health project delivers its intended results . SEND-Ghana, the consortium lead, is widely recognized for the following: 1) empowering citizens to hold government accountable through the use of Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation (PM&E) framework; 2) promotion of social accountability in Ghana by establishing and leading the Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation Network at national, regional and district levels; 3) winner of the One Africa Award for promoting good governance practices of accountability and transparency, especially in health governance.
