  • 110 people sensitized on the maternal health, Civic Responsibility and Taxation.
  • Fears and apprehension of women allayed with regards to facility delivery.
  • The Men pledged to support their wives in diverse ways during and after pregnancy to nib maternal mortality and child morbidity in the bud.
  • TBAs made a commitment to encourage and refer pregnant women to attend and deliver at the facility.
  • The health authorities accepted criticism of unfriendly behaviour towards pregnant women and pledged to change to encourage more women to deliver at the facility.
  • The consciousness of the people on the need to pay taxes raised with the call on authorities to revert to the modus operandi of payment using traditional authorities.
  • The Assembly Persons made a commitment to lobby the Municipal Assembly for water to be connected to the health centre.
  • Participants made a commitment to change the status quo by patronizing the facility and paying taxes.
