To built the capacity and skills of DCMC members  on tools for data collection on clients satisfaction

• 25 DCMC members had their capacity built on the research tools and well equipped to undertake data collection in their respective districts.
• The hands on training and mock interview exposed participants to the practical challenges that they will face on the ground and adopt strategies to deal with same. thus, enhanced their knowledge on the use of the android and ODK collect for data collection. .
• Significantly, participants made inputs and corrections to the questionnaire for the consideration of lead researchers.
