Output	14 DCMCs (11M, 3F) members are more aware of the P4H project indicators 14 DCMCs (11M, 3F) members are able to measure the different activities within the project using these indicators. The DCMCs were able to identify some health challenges in the district that need special attention A 5 member data collection team was formed comprising (DHMT rep, YMA rep, focal person, youth rep, and women group rep).
