  • To increase public awareness and educate citizens on the patient’s charter to enable them hold health workers accountable with respect to their rights.
  • The education also seeks to enlighten participants on their responsibilities so as to promote the existence of a cordial relationship between clients and health service providers.
  • The P4H dashboard will be introduced as a means of reporting violations of the charter’s provisions.
