Output	Knowledge of the patient’s charter was assessed in two P4H communities. In addition, 63 community members (32 women, 31 men) were enlightened on its provisions In the spirit of rapport building, the monitoring team interacted with health officers of two P4H communities and the District Director of Health Services The team also recorded a video of a Community Emergency Service in the district. This came into effect as a result of the enlightenment for CSOs on their roles and responsibilities.
