Output	504 community members sensitized on Malaria and Nutrition. NHIS team joined the DCMC sensitization team to 4P4H communities for registration and renewal of expired cards and also enrolled new members onto the NHIS. 114 LEAP beneficiaries renewed their expired cards from 4 P4H communities. 25 new LEAP beneficiaries enrolled onto the NHIS.
