1.      101 LEAP beneficiaries expired insurance cards collected for renewal.

2.      306 dependents were also captured with their expired premium renewed

3.      10 Persons with Disabilities from the 4 communities were identified and registered.

4.      23 new indigents were also registered to be enrolled onto the NHIS in all the P4H Communities.

5.      143 Non indigents insurance premium were renewed at their own cost

6.      2 PLHIV premium renewed
