Global PaThe project proposes to roll out a holistic approach over the period of four years to link budget planning and execution (budget performance) and its impact on the intended delivery outcomes (service delivery) in the education and health sectors in 30 districts across Northern, Upper East, Upper West and Greater Accra regions. More specifically, it aims at empowering Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and citizens with the skills and knowledge to monitor budget planning and execution to ensure a more transparent, efficient and effective use of budgetary resources.rtnership for Social Accountability (GPSA)
