Global PaThe project proposes to roll out a holistic approach over the period of four years to link budget planning and execution (budget performance) and its impact on the intended delivery outcomes (service delivery) in the education and health sectors in 30 districts across Northern, Upper East, Upper West and Greater Accra regions.
